• Payment information — we do not store card or UPI details on our servers. Payments are processed by our payment partner (when enabled). For Cash on Delivery orders, no payment data is collected.

We use cookies for essential site functionality — such as maintaining your cart contents and login session. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or cross-site profiling.

When online payments are enabled, payment processing is handled by our payment partner. We do not store your card number, CVV, or UPI details on our servers. For Cash on Delivery orders, no payment information is collected or stored.

When you create a Palum Dhara account, we store your name, email, phone number, and saved addresses. You can update or delete this information at any time from your account settings. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our active systems, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Our newsletter is opt-in only. You will never be added without your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link provided in every email.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Account data is retained while your account is active. Order records are retained for the period required by Indian tax and commercial law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

• WhatsApp — for order communication. WhatsApp's privacy policy applies to messages exchanged there.
• Cloudinary — for hosting product images. Cloudinary does not have access to customer data.
• Neon (PostgreSQL) — our cloud database provider. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Email service provider — for sending order confirmations and newsletters. The provider processes emails on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

Palum Dhara is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.
